CONSTRUCTION SOLICITOR - LEEDS
An opportunity has arisen for a Construction Solicitor to join the Leeds Built Environment Group. This role is a mix of contentious and non-contentious Construction work, working with some of the team's key clients, including contractors, professional parties and developers, for whom we act in both contentious and non-contentious matters. Excellent academics are required and you will have gained experience from a well-regarded national or regional firm.
Our client acts for many major public and private sector employers, all parties in the construction supply chain, and for major providers of construction and engineering services. They have acted for both the public and private sectors and funders in major PFI/PPP projects from their inception in the UK. From negotiating financing to structuring through life costing agreements, they manage the process to maximise the benefits of PFI/PPP alliances. They also have extensive experience in Prime Contracting relationships, and can apply detailed knowledge of core conditions, supply chain management, procurement and alliancing to provide innovative solutions.
