Construction Solicitor-Non Contentious-Kent £50k-£65k-Maidstone, Tunbridge Wells,
Our client is leading Kent law firm, highly respected, with a high quality Property and Construction legal team.
They are recruiting a solicitor with a minimum of four years recent relevant experience to manage their own caseload in non contentious construction projects.
The individual will be part of a growing team working with an exceptional property developer client base, supported by major contractors and consultancies. Other clients include both public sector and private sector organisations on a national scale, this includes central government agencies, local authorities, housing associations and investment portfolios.
You will be a key player in the Property team with some opportunity of working closely with the the firms prestigious real estate teams, advising on and drafting building contracts, development agreements, professional retainers, warranties and bonds.
The majority of work in this division in non contentious, however if you have some contentious experience it may be useful.
