Construction Solicitor (non-contentious) – 5+ years’ recent relevant experience

Keen for responsibility and hands-on experience? Are you looking for quality work, the opportunity to handle your own caseload and to be involved with developing this fast-moving team?

Our client is looking for a solicitor with around 5 years recent relevant experience of non-contentious construction work. In addition to handling your own caseload important areas of the role will be to be actively involved in both business development and coaching more junior fee earners. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys an interactive team role servicing a wide range of both internal and external clients.

Construction is a growing team and the position offers excellent career opportunities.

Although our main requirement is for non-contentious experience some knowledge of and experience of contentious work would be helpful although not essential. Contentious work includes adjudication, arbitration and TCC cases as well as the provision of specialist commercial advice.
