Leading South East law firm seeks an experienced Construction Solicitor to join their thriving team based in Tunbridge Wells. The firm offer a mix of challenging work and impressive training. The successful candidate will have between 3 – 5 year’s PQE.
The successful candidate will be part of a growing team working with an exceptional property developer client base, supported by major contractors and consultancies. Other clients include both public sector and private sector organisations on a national scale, this includes central government agencies, local authorities, housing associations and investment portfolios.
You will be a key player in the Property team with some opportunity of working closely with the the firms prestigious real estate teams, advising on and drafting building contracts, development agreements, professional retainers, warranties and bonds. You will deal with contentious issues arising.
