CONSTRUCTION – CONTENTIOUS
3- 5 years relevant recent experience

Our client is looking for a solicitor with 3 to 5 years recent relevant experience of contentious construction work . In addition to handling your own caseload you will have the opportunity to be actively involved in business development. This is opening will appeal to someone who enjoys an interactive team role servicing a wide range of both internal and external clients.
Construction is a growing team and the position offers excellent career opportunities.
Contentious work often involves working closely with our prestigious real estate teams, and includes adjudication, arbitration and TCC cases as well as the provision of specialist commercial advice.
Although our main requirement is for contentious experience some knowledge of and experience of non-contentious work would be helpful although not essential. Non-contentious work includes advising on and drafting building contracts, development agreements, professional retainers, warranties and bonds.
