Arguably the best Kent firm, with a refreshing attitude. Their IT systems are state of the art, and they boast an open door culture. Recent recruits remark that there is little difference in quality of work between this firm and city firms, and the support structure/systems/business development, are in a lot of cases better. They can offer a fantastic opportunity to be involved in driving this burgeoning team forward and by doing so you will place yourself perfectly for progression.
Construction is a growing team and the position offers excellent career opportunities. The existing property developer client base is supplemented by major contractors and consultancies but their clients also include both public and private sector organisations on a national scale including central government agencies, local authorities, housing associations and investment portfolios. real estate teams, advising on and drafting building contracts, development agreements, professional retainers, warranties and bonds.
Non contentious work is fed to the team by the highly successful real estate team and consists of advising on and drafting building contracts, development agreements, professional retainers, warranties and bonds. Although the main requirement is for non-contentious experience some knowledge of and experience of contentious work would be helpful although not essential. Contentious work includes adjudication, arbitration and TCC cases as well as the provision of specialist commercial advice.
