Construction Litigation Solicitor - Southampton

Our client, with offices based across the UK, currently have an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor to join their Contentious Construction team based in Southampton.

This is a position for a solicitor with the ability to deal with pre-action and fast-track litigation cases and to assist on larger multi-track matters.

The team principally deals with insurers, claims handling agents, brokers and loss adjusters.

You will be dealing with a mixed bag of work ranging from Property related work, to Environmental issues to include spillage and leaks.

This vacancy provides a career opportunity for a candidate who can combine good case handling skills with a flair for marketing and business development. Wider support is provided by Construction teams in London and Dubai.

Ideally you will have experience working with both property and environmental defendant construction issues.
