This great firm is looking for a specialist construction lawyer with not less than 5 years experience in all areas of construction (including residential and commercial development, civil engineering projects and contracts) ideally with a mix of non-contentious and contentious construction law, though they will also consider candidates having only non-contentious experience. You will need to have a solid background of advising on all aspects of construction procurement strategy, contracts, ancillary documentation requirements and appointments of professionals along with construction disputes particularly adjudication and T&C Courts. Experience of own advocacy at adjudications would be a considerable advantage
