Construction and Technical Contracts - Solicitor Required.
We are looking for a solicitor to join our Clients Construction and Technical Contracts department. Our Clients firm is based in Manchester.
Our client is currently seeking to recruit a further solicitor to join their Construction and Technical Contracts department, The Department has a roughly equal split of contentious and non-contentious work and works for a wide range of clients from developers. Our client are specialist construction and engineering lawyers, operating in the mainstream construction and engineering industries and in key specialist sectors. The work involved covers the entire life cycle of a construction or engineering project and will offer advice and practical assistance on any aspect of construction law: including Dispute resolution , PFI/PPP, Partnering/Alliance, Contract Choice, Risk Management and Procurement Advice. Knowledge and experience in these areas of Constuction is a bonus for the role.
