THE OPPORTUNITY
A brand new opportunity for a Construction lawyer to join this Legal 500 rated rated practice in Chelmsford.
They are a vibrant, energetic team, offering high quality advice and a personal service which gives best value to their clients.
Advice on the terms of a construction contract worth in excess of £3 million, the purchase of potential development land, surveyors contracts and railway engineering contracts, are just a few examples of the non-contentious matters dealt with successfully by the Construction Law Team.
They also have considerable experience in contentious matters through adjudications, arbitrations or litigation in the Technology and Construction Court (TCC), and also the local County Courts.
The team advises on the full range of contentious and non-contentious matters including contract terms, collateral warranties, planning applications, environmental issues, sales and purchases of development land,
joint ventures and consortium arrangements, infrastructure agreements, private finance initiatives, ajudication, mediation, arbitration, planning appeals, public enquiries and professional negligence claims.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
They are looking for an ambitious lawyer with a minimum of 3+ years' PQE to join the team. A healthy contacts book would be an advantage. In return you will have the pleasure of working within a supportive team with genuine progression prospects.
