Candidate specification
·3 years + PQE
·Sound employment record gained in a city, national or large regional practice
·Knowledge of employment and construction law are essential.
·The ability to work unsupervised and a proven track record of running a demanding case load is key to this role.
·Ability to build good relationships with clients.
·Business development and marketing skills would also be an advantage.
