Our client, a reputable firm with several offices around the world currently seek a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join their Construction team based in Exeter.
The role will predominantly involve non-contentious construction which will include some property support.
The range of work will include advising Registered Social Housing Associations, developers and investors on various construction projects; advising on development projects; and advising on public procurement processes for a wide variety of works such as the Decent Homes Programme and schools programmes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in construction work and be a strong team player who is willing to take an active role in marketing activities and practice development.
