Our client is a national legal practice whose core work has been Insurance; they now work in over 50 areas of the law.
They currently have an exciting job for a newly qualified solicitor to join its highly regarded team.
The construction team deals with cases involving claims against construction professionals, contractors, sub-contractors, employers and developers. Its specialist team combines an in-depth understanding of the construction industry with commercial awareness and legal expertise, dealing with cases involving claims against construction professionals, contractors, subcontractors, employers and developers.
The successful candidate will have an understanding of all aspects of insurance law. You should have a basic understanding of building contracts and contractual and tortuous disputes. Experience of the various construction dispute resolution procedures including Adjudication and Arbitration, as well as litigation in the TCC would be ideal.
