Contentious Construction Solicitor-London Our Client has an outstanding reputation as a leading law firm in the field of construction and engineering and they have a vacancy for a Contentious Construction Solicitor to work in an exceptional team. Working for well-recognised names involved in the engineering and construction process. they can give access to unrivalled experience with one of the largest dedicated groups of specialist construction and engineering lawyers in any UK law firm. From project conception to completion and operation they help formulate projects, draft and negotiate contracts, advise throughout the life of the project and help to bring projects to a conclusion. They also deal with all forms of claims avoidance and resolution. They are looking for a Contentious Construction Solicitor to provide the team with support on a wide variety of contentious matters in a broad range of projects and disputes within this specialised market place. You will need to have a minimum of two years recent relevant experience and a maximum of five or six years and you will be covering a broad range of clients, including funders, developers, tenants and landlords in a range of sectors such as Sports stadia, hotels, leisure, office, retail and residential.
