CONTENTIOUS CONSTRUCTION LAWYER - LONDON CITY
Our client is a vibrant, dynamic and forward thinking City of London law firm with foundations that run deep and strong. Since its foundations in the late 1800's, they have steadily developed its reputation as a leading professional practice.
They require the need of a Contentious Construction Lawyer with a minimum of 3-4 years PQE.
Their extensive experience in the sector includes handling claims on behalf of foreign government departments, national developers, architects, engineers and other construction professionals, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers on a very wide range of matters, involving:
- Commercial and residential developments
- Delay and expense claims
- Heating, lighting and ventilation systems
- Listed buildings
- Marine dredging
- Nursing homes
- Process plant
- Rail systems
- Roads and paving systems
- Schools and universities
- Sewerage and waste water systems
- Sports facilities
- Supermarkets and retail complexes
- Welding problems
The firm also provides a wide range of legal services, including commercial litigation and dispute resolution, commercial property, corporate and commercial law, insurance, shipping and transport, sport, travel and leisure and TMT (technology, media and telecoms).
