Exciting opportunity to join this stellar construction team at this Top 15 practice who commentators assert have a firm presence in the construction marketplace.
They are currently seeking an exceptional contentious lawyer to develop the firm's construction capability. The candidate will be expected to assist in driving forward the development of the practice and it is therefore likely that suitable candidates will have 6+ years' relevant experience.The successful candidate will act for developers, employers, main contractors, sub-contractors and consultants advising them on adjudication, mediation and contractual claims. There will also be a focus on defending construction professionals from professional liability claims.
