NQ-1 Yr Construction Solicitor / London City Our client is a national legal practice with an excellent reputation in the Insurance market place. They have an interesting vacancy for a Construction Solicitor who is recently qualified and has knowledge of both contentious and non contentious construction contracts and contractual and tortious disputes. The construction team deals with cases involving claims against construction professionals, contractors, sub-contractors, employers and developers. Its specialist team combines an in-depth understanding of the construction industry with commercial awareness and legal expertise, dealing with cases involving claims against construction professionals, contractors, subcontractors, employers and developers. The successful candidate will have an understanding of all aspects of insurance law. You should have a basic understanding of building contracts and contractual and tortious disputes. Experience of the various construction dispute resolution procedures including Adjudication and Arbitration, as well as litigation in the TCC would be ideal.
