Job Description

Construction Solicitor / Non-Contentious / London

Our client is a national legal practice with offices through the South East / West and the Midlands.

Their London office is currently seeking a construction solicitor to join its London office, to undertake a non-contentious caseload.

The is huge scope for the successful candidate to develop their technical expertise and career.

Some examples of recent projects our clients teams have been involved with include:

- Acting for an international sportswear retailer on the refurbishment of its central London flagship store
- Acting for the developer of a 200 room London hotel, on construction, procurement, contract documentation and bank security

The successful candidate should have a pro-active and flexible approach; an interest in business development and be capable of operating independently and have good broad non-contentious construction experience.
