CENTRAL LONDON Construction Solicitor

Our Client has an outstanding reputation as a leading law firm in the field of construction and engineering, both nationally and internationally.

Working for well-recognised names involved in the engineering and construction process. they can give access to unrivalled experience with one of the largest dedicated groups of specialist construction and engineering lawyers in any UK law firm.

From project conception to completion and operation they help formulate projects, draft and negotiate contracts, advise throughout the life of the project and help to bring projects to a conclusion. They also deal with all forms of claims avoidance and resolution.

They are looking for a Construction Solicitor to provide the team with support on a wide variety of non-contentious matters, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating and reporting upon construction documents, and assisting colleagues with construction related issues in respect of agreements for lease and facility agreements.

With at least one years recent relevant experience you will be working for a broad range of clients, including funders, developers, tenants and landlords in a range of sectors including hotel and leisure, office, retail and residential.

Experience of the following would be an advantage;

·Construction agreements, warranties, bonds and guarantees
·Project implementation
·Health and Safety and environmental issues
·Joint ventures
·Risk management and pre-contentious work
·Professional appointments and consultancy contracts
·PFI, PPP and BOT
·Insurance
