Our client currently seeks an Assistant Solicitor for their Non-Contentious Construction team based in Bristol.
Our client's team has wide ranging experience of working with the industry's increasingly complex framework of legislation, procurement systems and contractual obligations. They advise on all stages and any aspect of the construction process from inception through to completion and beyond.
The team advises on risk management and dispute resolution, and is regularly engaged in negotiation, mediation and formal processes such as adjudication.
A suitable candidate should be motivated, have a pro-active and flexible approach; an interest in business development and be capable of operating independently. You should have broad non-contentious construction experience.
