Construction Solicitor, NQ+, Bristol

The ideal candidate will have some experience of non-contentious and contentious construction law and an understanding of the Standard Forms of Building and Engineering Contracts, Professional Appointments and Collateral Warranties.
This is a contentious and non-contentious role and the work involves supporting the firms property lawyers with the construction law aspects of commercial property development, advising upon the forms of building contract, professional appointments and collateral warranties. In addition you will act directly for clients in construction disputes whether resolved by litigation, arbitration or adjudication. This is an excellent career move for a budding new construction lawyer
