CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING SOLICITOR - BRISTOL
Leading SouthWest firm are looking for a newly qualified + Construction & Engineering Solicitor to join high profile team.
The firm pride themselves on giving clients access to wide-ranging experience of construction law with particular expertise in the strategic projects and complex dispute resolution sectors. With a genuine London and national presence, clients include public authorities, utilities, developers and end-users of building and engineering services, consultants and contractors. This year, they have seen a number of projects through to contract in record times and are involved in some complex claims.
Working closely with the property, environment, energy and projects lawyers, clients include: Coca-Cola HBC; FirstGroup plc; Thomson Reuters, Corus UK , Costain, Hochtief, The Crown Estate and London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority. The range of projects continues to grow and includes:
· Biomass power stations
· On and off- shore wind power
· Process plant
· Development and investment projects
· Further and higher education campus development
· Transport sector projects
· Water industry engineering issues
· Regeneration and sustainable development schemes
Work Requirements
In an applicant, they look for good academics acquired at a top university, together with evidence of good quality training, and construction or wider commercial experience gained from a top City firm or leading regional firm. Adaptability and enthusiasm are critical.
