A reputable Legal 500 law firm is currently seeking two enthusiastic Legal Secretaries to join their friendly Construction team. Ideally located in Central Birmingham. Salary up to £18k.
Our client is an influential and professional firm with a Legal 60 status and hold over 200 years of History. However the firm became it's own in the year 2000, this saw the firm expand significantly in order to service the growing Commercial requirements across the UK. They continue to expand and develop including in 2006 the merger with another excellent firm, this development has seen our client now manage over 268 hard working and experienced lawyers.
The Role: Two experienced Legal Secretaries are needed to provide support to one partner and other staff as necessary in the Construction department. The successful candidates will be carrying out a range of secretarial duties including arranging appointments, taking incoming calls, liaising with clients and audio typing of legal documents and correspondence.
Construction experience not essential but would be beneficial, however previous Legal Secretarial experience is necessary!
Keen, self motivated and flexible candidates will be best suited to this role, alongside having a pleasant, friendly and can do attitude. IT literacy is essential alongside the ability to use your own initiative and prioritise a workload.
Up to £18k available for candidates who are passionate about law.
