A top Birmingham law firm is currently seeking an additional skilled Legal Secretary to join their Construction team. Salary up to £17k.
The Client: Our client is a Legal 100 firm, its history can date back to the late 1880's but the firm became its own in the late 1980's when a successful merge amplified the firm's growing success. Both nationally and internationally known this firm has offices situated throughout the UK and abroad, including Italy and Germany. This firm continues to grow and expand and is one of the biggest names in the law industry.
The Role: Legal Secretaries who have worked within a Construction department for a minimum of two years are currently required for this exciting role. The successful candidate will initially be providing secretarial support to two Fee Earners, with duties to include: Handling incoming calls, filing (manual and computerised), large volume of audio/copy typing (contracts, agreements, transfers and amendments), opening and closing files, diary management, billing, filing, photocopying, assisting with local searches and all other duties as necessary. Ideal candidates will be team players with excellent organisational and time management skills in addition to being able to prioritise a busy workload within a pressurised environment.
Flexible and productive Legal Secretaries with a minimum typing speed of 65Wpm are best suited to this role. Salary up to £17k.
