CONSTRUCTION LITIGATION SOLICITOR/PARTNER with FOLLOWING - BERKSHIRE Well known, successful and respected Commercial law firm named in both Legal 500 and Chambers guides with excellent working conditions and a modern, forward thinking, friendly team, seeks Associate Solicitor /Partner 5 + PQE for their Construction Litigation team Experience/ Attributes required ·5yrs+ PQE ·Experience with construction litigation work is essential. ·Experience with non-contentious construction matters is highly desirable. ·A following is essential. This is a great opportunity to build up a strong specialist construction team to complement the Group's other specialist teams (IT and Property Litigation). The ideal candidate must be eager to build a team and develop this practice area. ·Experience managing junior members of practice group ·An ability and willingness to market is essential. ·Ability to work unsupervised ·Excellent verbal and written communication skills ·Work effectively as part of a team Work Type The Dispute Resolution group's work covers a wide spectrum of litigation and contentious work. This role will focus on construction related matters. In addition to providing direct advice on a variety of disputes, including contractual, financial and other commercial claims the group provides specialist cross disciplinary support to other parts of the firm.
