Audit Manager required for Top 50 UK Firm with offices in Yorkshire.
This leading Yorkshire Firm, which has enjoyed successful growth, and which has raised its profile dramatically over the last 12 months, is keen to appoint an Audit Manager to join the Internal Audit and Compliance team. The Firm's rapid and successful growth will see it in the UK Top 25 in 2012.
The main responsibilities of the role will be to represent corporate services on quality, operational governance and compliance audits, conduct client care audits and bespoke internal audits, chair post audit meetings and take responsibility for coordinating the internal audit framework. You will take a lead in developing the team and providing risk management and audit administration to the firm.
You will be an audit and/or regulatory expert experienced within the legal or financial services industry. You will have previous experience in audit governance to include planning, execution and delivery. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to lead audit meetings, deliver post audit reports, manage and develop a team and operate successfully in a cross functional compliance environment.
