COMPETITION LAWYER - WEST MIDLANDS
Leading full service international law firm ranking amongst the top 100 global law firms are looking to recruit a lawyer 3 years + PQE specialising in competition and public procurement to join their EU & Competition Group. The team aims to provide innovative, business-orientated solutions to clients, while operating within the ever-increasingly complex confines of UK and EU Competition law and regulation. It is one of the largest teams of pure competition specialists outside the 'Magic Circle'. Candidates will ideally have gained experience in a City firm or large regional practice, must be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development. They will be a team player with a strong client focused approach. They will also have a strong academic background and excellent communication and organisational skills. They should be willing to handle a mix of competition, procurement and State aid work, and preferably will have some prior experience in all three of these areas.
