An excellent opportunity at a firm with what is widely recognised as one of the leading practices in EU regulatory and competition law.
They are looking for an Assistant to provide professional and legal support to a diverse range of clients; both internally and externally. The successful candidate will be an Assistant with upwards of 1 years PQE in Competition, who is UK qualified, and wishes to build a career at a leading City firm. It is essential that candidates are self-motivated and enthusiastic about Competition law. The successful candidate will be extremely commercial in his/her thinking and approach and have the ability to cope with a varied and intellectually stimulating workload. Candidates will need to be pro-active and have the ability to anticipate the needs of the team's clients.

Skills/Knowledge Required:
-Excellent academics and the ability to apply these effectively in the work setting
-1 year plus post qualification experience within a reputable EU/Competition practice where delivering business solutions is just as important as providing high quality expert legal advice
-Ability to advise on a range of EU & Competition areas, including merger clearance, behavioural work, regulatory, state aid and litigation issues
