This is a tremendous opportunity for an enthusiastic Competition NQ+ to join this well established team of 6 lawyers including a leading individual in the field of Competition and European law in the Chambers and Partners Legal Directory 2008.
Their EU and Competition team advises on all aspects of UK and EU competition law, including:
- anticompetitive agreements and practices (including pricing and discounting practices)
- restraint of trade issues
- distribution and agency agreements
- abuses of a dominant market position
- merger control
- arbitrage
- OFT investigations
- dawn raids
- illegal state aid.
They also provide tailored training and compliance services to clients, including competition law compliance programmes and specialist training on dawn raid investigations by the competition authorities.
