Our client is an industry regulator that serves more than 50 million customers in England and Wales, protecting consumers, promoting value and safeguarding the future.
They are looking to recruit a qualified solicitor who can provide timely, effective legal advice. As a valued part of a talented, friendly and highly respected team, you'll provide key support for policy teams, advising on a wide range of regulatory and competition legislation. In addition, you'll support teams when challenged before the courts.
As well as experience in either; regulatory, competition, litigation or public law, we're looking for a great deal of common sense together with proven communication skills and a decisive approach. Strong analytical and problem solving skills are a given, bags of enthusiasm a must.
