Company Commercial Solicitor IP/ IT-Essex
Our client is a well established regional law firm with an excellent reputation as a full service Private Practice in the Essex region. They have a vacancy for a Company Commercial Solicitor with some IP/IT experience together with general Commercial work.
The Role.
A vacancy has arisen in the Corporate and Commercial Department for a solicitor to undertake a full range of corporate and commercial work ranging from company set up through to mergers and acquisitions, MBA, MBI and share transaction work, together with commercial contracts, advising on IP/IT contracts and other general commercial transactions.
You will be interested in business development and have a track record of achievment, gained within a recognised regional or London Law firm.
This position has career development and great prospects for an ambitious individual.
