Corporate team based in Sheffield require a 1+ year PQE solicitor to assist in a department working upon a wide range of corporate matters to include mergers & acquisition, joint venture, corporate finance and restructuring. The firm handle a wide range of corporate transactional work, including: Mergers, acquisitions and disposals, MBIs and MBOs, private equity transactions, banking and finance, AIM/Ofex flotations, corporate restructuring and reorganisation. They act for a range of clients, including: PLCs and private companies, buyers and sellers, management teams, venture capitalists and other providers of equity finance, banks and other providers of debt finance as well as private investors and `business angels`. The successful applicant will have at a positive and enthusiastic attitude in addition to having trained in a corporate seat and spent a minimum 12 months` post qualification handling and assisting on corporate files.
