A well respected Commercial and Corporate team with a strong influence in the East Midlands requires a Commercial/Corporate solicitor with approximately 1 to 3 years PQE to assist upon a wide range of corporate matters to include mergers & acquisition, joint venture, corporate finance and restructuring. Assisting senior team members upon quality corporate transactional work across a wide range of business sectors to include aerospace, charities, education, financial services, insurance, renewable energy, retail and technology.
