Job Description
We are presently inviting interest from experienced Corporate / Commercial Lawyers to join our client; a Globally Recognised Law Firm based in Dubai. My clients have grown to be a market leader within the region and are currently looking to appoint a Senior Level Corporate Lawyer to join their well established team.
As part of the Corporate team the successful candidate will be a confident lawyer with a strong background in Commercial Law. You will have extensive experience in corporate transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, private equity as well as knowledge and familiarity with compliance and insurance matters. In addition you will be experienced in drafting and negotiating a range of documentation, advising on cases relating to high value transactions and taking on a client facing role and developing key relationships.
This is a rare opportunity for the suitable candidate to join at the senior level. Must have excellent English and Arabic drafting ability and must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a civil law jurisdiction.
