Corporate/Commercial Solicitor NQ- 3 years PQE Cheshire- Excellent Salary
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a NQ- 3 years PQE Solicitor to join a highly regarded niche commercial practice in South Manchester. The role will be dealing with high value and quality work both regionally, nationally and internationally. You will be comfortable in a client facing role and carrying out meetings solely displaying high levels of technical ability and building and maintaining strong client relationships. The firm advise high calibre clients including OMB's, SME's and larger companies on wide ranging matters and you would be dealing with matters including mergers and acquisitions, acquisitions and disposals of shares, acquisitions and disposals of business assets, MBOs, MBIs, private equity finance and debt finance, group and company re-structuring, joint ventures and intellectual property.
The successful candidate will have excellent academics and have received first rate training at a leading regional or national practice. They will have completed a seat during their training contract in either Corporate and/or Commercial Law and be currently practicing in this area or have a passion to practice in this area. You will have the ability to work under pressure, possess excellent communication skills and display a practical approach to solving client's problems. It will be key that you can demonstrate the right attitude and have a desire to business develop and contribute to the firm's continued success.
