Job Description

Leading offshore law firm requires a company commercial solicitor to manage their own files in addition to assisting others on more complex commercial matters. The role requires drafting legal documentation, research and undertaking due diligence, drafting board meeting minutes and liaising with clients.

Excellent opportunity for a newly qualified to gain experience in dealing with high quality work and international clients.
