THE PRACTICE Major international private practice law firm based in the Channel Islands

THE PROPOSITION
Corporate Lawyers 1 - 4 years PQE are now sought by this major international private practice law firm in the Channel Islands. Applications are invited from ambitious and enthusiastic lawyers who will welcome the opportunity of working in a major Corporate department dealing with all forms of international financing and investment transactions and their realisation. In particular, banking, investment funds, mergers and acquisitions and the creation, migration or amalgamation of companies.
The successful candidate will be expected to utilise and expand upon their existing knowledge to cover the full range of corporate services. Previous experience in a major corporate services team and off-shore experience will be very advantageous. Salary will be very attractive in line with the level of experience offered.
