THE PROPOSITION
An opportunity has arisen for a qualified lawyer with 2-5 years' pqe to join the Corporate & Commercial team of this leading international law firm based in Guernsey. Strong academics and experience in banking, funds and/or capital markets in a leading international or offshore firm are essential. Candidates with knowledge of Guernsey and/or Cayman funds are encouraged to apply. Technical proficiency, sound commercial judgement and superb communication skills are a must. The successful candidate will also demonstrate an ability and enthusiasm for generating business.
Excellent written, verbal and technical skills are required in order to carry out a wide range of high quality and challenging work. Strong team values, a solution focused attitude and a commitment to providing excellent client service are also essential.
The remuneration package will be excellent with off-shore tax benefits, and the appointment will qualify for a Housing Licence.
