A well established private practice firm, with a London presence and offices throughout the South East are currently recruiting. They have a thriving corporate practice in their London office are currently looking to recruit a new solicitor into this team. Working with a team that constantly achieve and are highly ranked in the Legal 500 you will get good experience here, working with large international and UK based corporates.

Here you will continue to add to good transactional M&A experience, and can expect to take the lead on negotiating key documents (ie SPA, disclosure letter etc). You will also get broader corporate experience here, including joint ventures, company reorganisations as well as some private equity/VC structurings/investment work.

You will ideally have a between 3-4 years PQE of corporate experience in London although candidates with a minimum of 2PQE will also be considered. Public and Private M&A experience will be considered and any previous experience with AIM work is an advantage. You should have gained good client exposure and lead negotiations. Someone with a sector based approach would work well here and previous BD experience would be good.
