Legal & Compliance Manager, Northern Home Counties, An excellent opportunity has arisen for a lawyer with commercial contracts and compliance experience who has experience in AML, audit, compliance and regulation. The role will support the Company Secretary & Head of Legal in providing and developing a Regulatory Compliance programme and Corporate Legal service for the Group. Involve the supervision of projects from a compliance perspective, providing an effective risk based compliance monitoring plan and delivering compliance processes across the business
We are seeking an outstanding candidate who is well versed in the qualities needed for advising a fast moving and commercial business, and who will also be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and oral, attention to detail, and excellent legal research and analysis skills, with demonstrable ability to apply these skills to produce pragmatic solutions.
