Job Description
Assistant Company Secretary, Northern Home Counties - Reporting directly to the Company Secretary & Head of Corporate, the role will provide the successful candidate with invaluable exposure to the Company Secretary arena. The role will involve the provision of high standard company secretarial advice including; arranging meetings, taking minutes, dealing with statutory returns, preparation of board packs, ensuring compliance with UK Corporate Governance Code, issuing dividends, share registration, and liaising with the company's Legal Manager
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years Company Secretarial experience and will demonstrate an ability to work in a collaborative manner within a dynamic business.
