COMMERCIAL LAWYER - BERKSHIRE
THE FIRM
Our Legal 200 Client is a market leading City Heavyweight who specialise in many fields. Recognised both nationally and internationally, and with a multi-million pound annual turnover, this firm really does exude excellence.

THE ROLE
Our Client wishes to appoint a new Commercial Lawyer to join the team in Berkshire. The role will be extremely varied and will involve a full range of Commercial matters, so it is essential that you have vast experience in all aspects of Commercial Law. This opening is for a Mid-level to senior candidate, and will involve supervising junior staff, and leading significant transactions, both of which you must have experience in. You must have a flexible approach, coupled with a determined and driven outlook, with a genuine interest and experience in Business Development and marketing. Candidates should ideally have gained their experience within a major National or London firm. A following would be an advantage.
