Our client is a well known practice based in Salisbury, Wiltshire and they currently have an exciting job opportunity for an experienced Solicitor to join their Property Development Team.
This role has derived as a result of our client's continued expansion in their specialist property development team.
Transactions that the team deal with range from £1m - £30m sites. The work will involve a combination of options, conditional contracts, joint ventures, promotion agreements, project manager agreements etc. A good working knowledge of planning law would be useful.
In addition you should also be able to demonstrate good supervisory and marketing skills as you will be required to provide cover for the head of the team in her absence and to help develop and market the team.
A client following is not essential, but confidence and the ability and willingness to build on own contacts would be a definite advantage.
Full, part time or a consultancy will be considered.
