Property Solicitor (Lease Extension Specialist) - Wiltshire

We have just received an instruction from our Client for a Solicitor or qualified Legal Executive with specific experience in the field of Leasehold Extension and Enfranchisement to join this well respected multi office regional law firm at a senior level.

This is a senior appointment and the ideal candidate will be encouraged to take a leading role within the firm, helping to further develop the profile of the department regionally. You should have wide ranging experience in Leasehold matters representing both Landlord and Tenant with a minimum of three years PQE, a proven track record and a willingness to take on a great new challenge. You must have broad Leasehold Extension and Enfranchisement experience .The role will also involve general Commercial Property matters and you will be leading an existing and successful property team, which will call for management and communication skills.
