HEAD OF PROPERTY/LEASE EXTENSION SPECIALIST - WILTSHIRE
THE FIRM
Our Client is a dynamic, forward thinking, multi-office Wiltshire practice. With over 35 staff, this firm is extremely progressive and really going places.
THE ROLE
This fantastic opportunity will be heading up the firms successful property team, but alongside this you will handle a caseload of up to 50% of lease extensions, enfranchisement and right to manage cases - for both freeholders and tenants. The firm anticipate significant growth in this area over the forthcoming years, so this is a long term role.
ABOUT YOU
An experienced Property Solicitor with over five years PQE would be most suited to this role. Management experience would be beneficial as this is a head of department role alongside handling a significant caseload of lease extensions. You must have solid experience in this area, you will be the key fee earner dealing with this work. Top quality interpersonal skills along with the ability to be involved in business development essential.
