This expanding firm currently has an exciting position available for a full-time solicitor to work in its Salisbury office, heading up the firm's 3 office property team and conducting a caseload of commercial property along with lease extension, enfranchisement and right to manage cases - for both freeholders and tenants. With at least 5 years PQE, the successful candidate will be a lease extension specialist with extensive experience of lease extension, enfranchisement and right to manage work, the lease extension caseload, along with supervising and assisting a legal assistant.
The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 5 years PQE in lease extension work, however candidates with a greater level of PQE than indicated will also be considered for this position. As a Lease Extension specialist you will have experience of lease extension, enfranchisement and right to manage work - along with the ability to supervise and assist a legal assistant with her own full-time lease extension caseload. You will also be enthusiastic about being a central part of that growth, be an enthusiastic team player, with great people skills.
