Social Housing Solicitor, Leeds
Social Housing Solicitor wanted for rewarding opportunity with a leading national law firm, salary up to 50k.
My client is a highly regarded full service law firm with offices all over the UK.
Joining the Social Housing Property team the successful applicant will manage their own caseload of property work, acting for a range of clients. Such duties will include:
o Mortgage security work on large property portfolios, commercial or residential
o Acquisition of land for development
o Acquisition or sale of new-build housing "off the shelf" by or from house builders
o Sale and purchase agreements
o Leases
o Other land transactions
The successful candidate will have a basic understanding of the property market, the economic climate and the key considerations relating to property transactions. You will be an excellent communicator and team player and you will have the ability to develop business.
