Job Description
Commercial Property Litigation Legal Executive/ Paralegal
An opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Legal Executive or Paralegal to join our clients well established commercial property team.
The successful candidate will assist with all aspects of property litigation including dilapidations claims, possession actions, contested and uncontested lease renewals, forfeiture actions and the service of notices.
There will be opportunities to assist more senior members of the department in handling their cases and therefore there is a real opportunity for career progression.
Ideally you will have no less than 12 months experience of working in a legal environment undertaking litigation work.
