Commercial Property Associate / Partner £50k-£60k+ West Sussex
Our client is a regional law firm with an excellent reputation, they have a vacancy for a Commercial Property Solicitor with partnership prospects.
The position will involve assisting an existing partner as well as handling your own caseload and supervising subordinate staff. The work involves commercial leases acting for landlords and tenants, 1954 Act procedures, acquisition and disposal of commercial properties, commercial development and corporate support.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Quality commercial experience as a Partner or Associate in a busy commercial property department (private practice)
Experience in Landlord and Tenant matters, commercial property and corporate support
Proven ability to win clients and develop client relationships
Specialism in key work area an advantage
Client following an advantage but not essential
Ability to supervise
Ability to devise and implement procedures
Minimum 5 years'recent relevant experience.
