Real Estate Solicitor - West Midlands
We are seeking a junior Real Estate with genuine ambitious and enthusiasm for Real Estate, for an opportunity with a forward-thinking West Midlands practice.
Our client has a well-respected Real Estate team comprising an array of notable Partners and Associates. They undertake work on behalf of both local and national clients and have recently been awarded a significant contract, hence why they are looking to expand their team.
The candidate we seek will be a Solicitor with upwards of 1 year`s PQE within real estate. As a junior solicitor it is expected that their experience in real estate to date will be rather shallow but fairly broad; however it is imperative that they have handled freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals. As a growing firm strong emphasis is placed on networking and business development, thus the successful candidate will necessary be able to demonstrate competency in this area. A 2:1 or above at degree level would be preferred, as would a solid training contract with a Legal 500 practice.
